In reference to Outward Hound Company, which seeks to host its first ever AGM, the Denison organizational cultural model would be applicable. In this case, the model would enable the Outward Hound Company leaders and its stakeholders to understand their organizational culture. On the other hand, the model would provide the company’s management with a benchmark of organizational culture. Lastly, it helps the members implement suggested actions for palpable performance improvement.
